Rights and Responsibilities
Our promise to you is that as well as caring for our environment,
we will always aim to provide you with excellent service
and treat you, your home and your possessions with respect.
We provide our services under terms
of business developed with the advice of the Office
of Fair Trading. Subject to our contract terms we accept
liability for repair or replacement of lost or damaged property
while in our care up to £20,000 less a deduction of
the first £500 of any loss or claim. If you have any
claim or complaint please let us know as soon as possible.
For us to provide you with excellent service we need you
to help us by:
- Being clear and accurate with us when you book our
services. We need to know all about when, where and what
is involved so we can send the right crew and materials
- If you are self packing please use good quality materials
and be ready when we arrive.
- Do not book a van and single crew if there is any item
which will take more than one person to lift and move.
For health and safety reasons our crew can only lift and
move items with the help of a trained professional.
- Give us as much notice as you can. We do on-call moves
but the more notice you give us the more likely it is
that we can be there when you need us
